Daniel Sim, DPT
Daniel graduated from the University of Washington and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College. He serves the community by providing medical support for local basketball, football, and gymnastics teams. In his free time, he enjoys various types of training including Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, calisthenics, plyometrics, playing basketball, appreciating nature and trying new foods.
Daniel is fascinated with human movement and how the body adapts and evolves based on the training stimulus it is exposed to. He is intrigued by how the mental, physical and chemical aspects of the body along with nutrition, medication, and sleep affects our overall health and wellness. Daniel wants to use his knowledge and experience to help patients be pain-free, reach an optimal level of function and provide education to prevent injury/disease, ultimately improving quality of life.

Exercise Specialist – Gil Ramos
With over 10 years of experience in both commercial gyms and private training, Gill specializes in corrective exercise and injury prevention, helping clients move better, recover stronger, and train with confidence.
Gill’s approach blends knowledge from yoga with a background as a competitive college wrestler, bodybuilder, and powerlifter. He also has extensive hands-on experience working with elderly and post-injury clients, ensuring programs are tailored to meet each individual’s needs and goals.
Outside the gym, Gill can often be found outdoors — fishing, hiking, practicing yoga, or playing bass guitar. For him, movement and balance don’t end with training sessions; they’re a way of life.

Olesia Rytska brings a wealth of experience in healthcare and patient services, combining professionalism, empathy, and organizational expertise to ensure our clinic runs smoothly. As a dedicated manager, she oversees daily operations, coordinates with healthcare providers, and ensures every patient receives personalized, high-quality care. With a strong commitment to excellence and a keen understanding of both patient and staff needs, Olesia makes it her mission to create a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
